Attracting attention

MidWeek reader Pat Newson of Comox caught this quiet moment out her window. “Imagine my surprise when I saw a buck trying to mate with a doe on my neighbour’s yard on a busy road in Comox!” Newson said. “Another buck came along and chased this one away. No mating occurred - the doe was evasive.”  To submit your photos for MidWeek send them to kristend@campbellrivermirror.com
